Mr. Zephanus Mubingwa, the Kasese Deputy RDC in charge of Busongora County, has asked Ugandans to protect the environment, warning that failure to do so will put the local’s existence in danger.
Speaking to our reporter shortly after closing a half day training on Environment conservation, organized by Centre for Citizens Conserving Environment and Management held in Verina gardens in Kasese town yesterday, Mubingwa said its every ones duty to protect the environment.
He urged every citizen to plant trees as well as making use of water harvesting tanks as a measure to control environmental degradation.
