Mr. Zephanus Mubingwa, the Kasese District Deputy RDC in charge of Busongora County has threatned to cause arrest of Parish development model beneficiaries who have allegedly changed their enterprises.
Addressing mourners at the burial of an educationist and politician the late Stanley Baluku Kanzenze yesterday at his ancestral home in Ibanda two cell in Ibanda-Kyanya town council, Kasese district, Mr. Mubingwa said his office is overwhelmed with reports that most beneficiaries of PDM have diverted the funds to different enterprises.
