The MTN Regional Commercial Head Mr. Andrew Tusubiira, has encouraged people to invest in the MTN shares following a series of town hall presentations by the MTN leadership team and the stockbrokers this week.

He said the idea of MTN opening up the ownership of its company to the ordinary Ugandans, is to open an opportunity for all people to have shares at 200 shillings that will supplement the ongoing efforts to build financial literacy among her customers.

Addressing Kasese guide radio staff yesterday(19th.November.2021) at KGR gardens, Mr. Tusubiira, says the engagement is part of a countrywide awareness tour through which the telecom is seeking to further deepen its roots across the country by offering the people of Uganda, ownership in one of the country’s largest company. Mr. Tusubiira 1 on shares…..

He said this is a great opportunity for local people to invest in new venture where you put the money with less supervision but get dividends. Mr. Tusubiira 2 on speaking…..

MTN alongside its brokers will continue to traverse the country until Monday next week making educative presentations to create awareness and provide vital information about the MTN offer of shares. END.
