Ms Foska Baguma, a Human rights specialist attached to Rwenzori Forum for Peace and Justice has described as a dead deal for any wife to miss use the current empowerment of women to misbehave.
In an interview with Kasese guide radio last evening, Ms Foska said women empowerment doesn’t necessarily mean a frustration of the African culture and God`s commands but an opportunity for women to equally serve their communities.
