Kasese district NRM Registrar Mr. Amon Mbusa has declared Mr. Tom Wabukombi, as the NRM flag bearer for Hima town council in Kasese district after defeating the incumbent Mr. Katura Musana.
Mr. Amon said the results were declared at the NRM offices in Kasese town after a disagreement in Hima town council, with Mr. Wabukombi winning with over four thousand votes against the incumbent.
