Mr. Saulo Maate, the former Kasese District Forum for Democratic Change chairman has called for the immediate resignations and public apologies by Mr. Joseph Isingoma, the Kasese district disaster focal person and Mr. Mustafa Kikusa, the district disaster management committee chair for announcing the dissolution of the IDP Camps in the district.
Mr. Saulo’s prayer follows the recent revelation attributed to Mr. Kikusa that IDP camps must be dissolved and their occupants either relocate to their homes, live with their relatives or friends and that they would be informed incases of any relief Aid. Mr. Kikusa speaking……
