The Kasese Deputy RDC, Mr. Joshua Masereka has said he would only release the embattled district Eng. Richard Bwambale and AK David and friend’s contractors` works supervisor only if they assure his office that the two health center structures whose monies were allegedly misappropriated would be complete in an agreed period.
