The chairperson LC 3 Kitswamba sub county in Kasese district Mr. Chance Magonya has said he is not in support of transferring the sub county head quarters to Kanyatsi village but remain near Ibuga heath center two with enough structures for offices.

Speaking to Our reporter yesterday, Mr. Magonya who sights foul play in transferring the offices wonders why councilors would rent office premises than the free structures owned by government near Ibuga health centre two in Rugendabara parish. Mr. Magonya1 speaking…..

The Kitswamba sub county Speaker, Hon. Benanzeri Tamwanzire who blames his chairman for reportedly failing to give state of affairs address during their recent council that would have also accommodated his position over the matter said that the new office location was central to equally serve the subcounty. Hon. Benanzeri speaking1……

Mr. Magonya however wondered what he was supposed to present in council if the subcounty Chief had not prepared his speech as by the council`s standard rules of procedure. Mr. Magonya speaking…….

Earlier, Hon. Benanzeri, the subcounty speaker had told this radio that the same council sitting had passed a 2020/2021 financial year budget of more than one hundred thirty million shillings. END.
