Mr. Baramu Baluku, the intending local council three Chairperson for Central Division in Kasese Municipality has called for close collaboration among parents, school administrators and learners to ease the learning process.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio at Verina gardens in Kasese municipality yesterday, Mr. Baramu described it as misfiring for some parents and guardians whom he blames for keeping their children home over school fees than negotiating with the school leaderships.
