Kasese municipal council has reportedly rejected the appointment of Mr.Ahabwa Seth as the new principle education officer for Kasese municipality.
Mr.Ahabwa replaces Mr. Kayiri Emmy who has been acting for the last six months.
Hon.Ukash Musenene Swaibu the Municipal speaker, described it prejudicial the district service commission appointing the principal education officer from Kabale instead of promoting the acting officer, Mr. Emmy Kayiri, who has been acting perfectly.
