The teaching staff at Kihara primary school are concerned that most of their learners do not join secondary and other education institutions after primary seven level.
In her brief speech to Rt. Rev. Nason Baluku, the Bishop of South Rwenzori Diocese, Ms Agnes Masika said most of their learners, including best performers are limited to primary level education over financial challenges caused by poverty as a result of low crop production.
