Mr. Joseph Musisale, the Deputy National Resistance Movement (NRM) Registrar for Kasese District, has urged all contenders vying for various political positions in the 2026 general elections to embrace peaceful mobilization.
Speaking to hundreds of supporters yesterday who had gathered to welcome Ms. Mary Marylne Kabugho Kighotha recently nominated at the NRM offices in Kyadondo, Kampala as an aspirant for Kasese District Woman Member of Parliament, Mr. Musisale emphasized the importance of conducting campaigns peacefully and in accordance with the party’s guidelines.
He cautioned aspirants against the use of hate speech and encouraged them to clearly explain their manifestos to the electorate, allowing voters to make informed choices during the NRM primaries scheduled for next month. Mr. Musisale speaking….
