A 60 year old man who had gone missing for about ten days has been discovered lifeless along river Muruseghe banks in Buhasa village in Ihandiro subcounty in Kasese district.
No official comment yet from police but Hon. Obed Masereka, the Kasese district councilor representing Ihandiro subcounty confirmed the information and identified the deceased as the late Kandekande Bwambale, a resident of Buhasa village in Ihandiro subcounty.
Hon. Obed later alleged that the postmortem report managed by Bwera General Hospital had suggested that the deceased was murdered now that the body had deep cuts, a broken shoulder and neck among other body parts. Hon. Obed speaking1……..
