The Minister of State for information, communication technology and National guidance, Hon. Godfrey Baluku Kabyanga has urged the public to use the world tourism day celebration as an opportunity to earn money.
This prestigious event, which will be held tomorrow at Nyakasanga Playground, under the theme “Tourism and Peace,” recognizes the district’s immense potential as a tourism destination and its commitment to fostering peace and harmony.
Giving a key note address during a Peace conference held this afternoon at Rwenzori International hotel in Kasese town, Kabyanga, who commended the District Executive Committee and CAO for requesting government to hold the World tourism Day in Kasese said the choice of Kasese is a testament to the district’s natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and growing tourism industry.
