The Deputy RDC Kasese district Mr. Joshua Masereka has asked the Minister for Education and sports to consider allowances of teachers in hard to reach areas in the district.
He made the call while addressing the state minister for higher Education Hon. Dr .John Muyingo with other stakeholders during an assesment exercise of schools affected by the recent devastated floods..
