Dr. Ruth Aceng, the Minister of Health has clarified that Kasese Municipal Ambulance recently donated by Government is not yet ready for handover due to procurement process.
In a letter dated 14th.March 2024, addressed to the Kasese Municipal Legislator, Hon. Ferigo Kambale that we obtained a copy, the minister said on 29th. November 2023, the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Robinah Nabanja flagged off 116 new road ambulances to the constituencies in Uganda and would be ready in the month of March 2024.
