What many call drama like dust in the civil service job sale in Kasese is not settling soon after one Ms Rebecca Kabyanga Kabugho, a member of the Kasese District Public Service Commission, has been asked to refund more than five million shillings partly which she reportedly received as a bribe to have a Primary school teacher absorbed by public service.
Ms. Jovia Masika a resident of Nyakasanga –Umoja cell in Kasese Municipality and a victim of bribes for public jobs in Kasese district says whereas Ms Rebecca received three million shillings bribe she acquired from a money lender, the same member of the commission must refund 5.3 million shillings, including the interest of the loans she acquired in November last year.
