Rotarian Rebecca Kabyanga, the president for Rotary club of Kasese who said that the first collections was meant for a cancer center at St. Francis Hospital-Nsambya and the rest for a rotary blood bank at Mengo hospital added that more than two billion shillings have been put aside for the blood bankers in the cancer center.
