A thirty year old man survived death from an angry mob in Nyamirami village Muhokya sub-county in Kasese district over allegation of stealing vanilla.
Mr. Venesio Mumbahya, the chairperson Nyamirami village confirmed the information and identified the suspect Mr. Alex Masereka a resident in the area.
Mr. Mumbahya says the suspect was rescued by police after an angry mob wanted to lynch him over theft of vanilla.
