A 29-year-old man was allegedly forced out the PDM meeting in Kyanya central cell in Ibanda-Kyanya town council today over indiscipline related to alcoholism.
Mr. Isaac Bwambale, the Local Council one chairperson for Kyanya central cell, identified the suspect as Mr. Asuman, a resident in the same area.
Mr. Isaac said Asuman, who was arrested by the local leadership, later caused an accident after jumping off the Motorcycle transporting him to Ibanda Police Post, leaving the Chairperson and Boda-Boda Rider with minor injuries. Mr. Isaac speaking……
