Police has started investigations to ascertain circumstances under which a Congolese National was reportedly found dead from one of the Lodges, in Kasese Municipality.
SP. Luke Mbusa, the Rwenzori East Regional Community Liaisons officer confirned the information saying the yet to be identified dead body is lying at Kasese Municipal Health Center three Mortuary in Kasese town.
