A 40 year old man, Mr. Patrick Musunguzi, in Kasese municipality was yesterday found lifeless in Kabukero cell in Hima Town council in Kasese District.
No official comment yet from Police but Hon. Cecilia Biira, the Kasese Municipal female councilor representing Railway Ward, confirmed the incident and said the deceased, a resident of Kikonzo cell in Railway Ward, got up well as usual yesterday before riding his bicycle from home before the sad news came in later.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio at the Kasese health center three mortuary yesterday, Hon. Cecilia who described the deceased as a humble and respectful person, asked police to expedite investigations into the shocking incident. Hon. Cecilia speaking……
