Police in Kasese has arrested a fifty year old man for reportedly defiling his eleven year daughter in Kirembe cell in Kasese Municipality.
The Kasese district Senior Probation and social welfare, Ms Zainabu Asiimwe who asked parents to devise for proper approaches to deal with their relationships, commended the local community for tipping her office about an act she describes as un fortunate, unlawful and a sin before God.
Ms Zainabu wonders how a father could escape from his wife, tiptoe from his bedroom to force her underage daughter into sex.
