A 32-year-old man is suspected to have died in Kikonzo cell in Kasese Municipality, over allegations of excessive consumption of Alcohol.
ASP Joachim Bwacya, the Operations Commander for Kasese Police division, identified the deceased as David Robert, a resident in the area but hailing from Kisinga town council.
ASP Bwacya alleged that late Robert who was discovered dead in his rented room could have died of hunger, therefore urging bar owners to be mindful of customers lives than being money hungry.
