A man has been found dead in his house in Nyamambuka one cell, Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town Council in Kasese District.
Shamu Baluku 24, was discovered dead this morning by residents.
According to the Chairperson LC1 Mr.Jeje Muhammad, late Shamu who is a drug addict was last night seen in the neighborhood.
Mr. Muhammad suspects that the deceased could have ended his life in the influence of Drug abuse and Alcoholism.
