Most local leaders in the greater Kisinga, including Mr. Muke Juvenile, the Kyondo subcounty local council three chairperson said justice had been frustrated by the long distance to courts of law in Bwera and Kasese that were time consuming and costly to the complainants among others.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio last evening, Mr. Juvenile said because of the distance, criminal had been left at large after the complainants failed to follow up on the suspects and facilitating the witnesses.
He commended government and the Ministry of justice for the recruitment of more judicial officers and the establishment of Kisinga magisterial court in the area. Mr. Juvenile speaking……..
Mr. Juvenile who is also the chairperson for G10 that covers all the subcounties and town councils in Bukonzo County East, later called for mindset change among suspects and positive parenting that would see reduction in cases of criminality in the constituency. END
