Ms Pelucy Biira, the Masule Church of Uganda head of laity like other local residents of Masule Cell, Katiri Ward in Nyamwamba Division, has called for expedited plans to have their cell connected to the rest of Kasese Municipality.
Ms Pelucy who appreciated Mr. Saturday Douglas Madaraka, the Madaraka Cares Executive Director for the 20 bags of cement, was concerned that their Church like other houses, could be swept off by Nyamwamba river that has not only frustrated education in the area but flows hardly three meters away from the God’s temple.
Mrs. Pelucy speaking……..
In a telephone speech from the US, Mr. Saturday Madaraka pledged total support to the people of Masule cell, calling on other Good Samaritans for a helping hand to the Masule people he praised for being united. Mr. Madaraka speaking………
