    M7 Has Benefited From Poverty of Ugandans – Joseph Kabuleta

    Former Presidential candidate, Mr. Joseph Kabuleta attributes poverty to failure by the ruling NRM Regime to provide market for the locally manufactured good, including agricultural products.
