The M23 rebels are fuming after the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) launched surprise bombings in some areas of Rutshuru territory, North Kivu province, yesterday and today.
According to locals, in a surprise attack, drones targeting a military objective of the M23 rebels, missed their target and instead shelled the village of Kisisile, Bukombo groupement, less than three kilometres from Rutshuru centre.
