Mr. Lukasi Buhaka has been sworn as the new chairperson Management committee of Rukoki Health center IV replacing Mr. Philemon Kisuki.
Officiating at the ceremony held early this week at the health facility in Rukoki, the Municipal town clerk, Mr.Theofelous Tibihika urged the chair to lead by example.
Mr. Buhaka was nominated by the Kasese Municipal mayor his worship chance Kahindo and later approved by council.
In his report, the outgoing chairperson Mr.Kisuki asked the incoming to build from the existing structures and make consultation about the management of the health unit.
Among the challenges highlighted by Kisuki include lack of a maternity ward, understaffing and unreliable water supply.
