The Kasese Municipal Agricultural Extension Officer, Mr. Asanairi Bukanywa has highlighted a number of activities that the local community members can embark on if the current rainy season was to be productive to them.
Speaking to our reporter at his office at the Kasese Municipal headquarters yesterday, Mr. Bukanywa who emphasized coffee stumping to improve the crop quality, asked the local community members to use the rains to plant legumes and other crops for food security and household incomes.

Mr. Bukanywa later asked members of the public to be conscious against roaming domestic animals or else, the trees and flowers along the newly constructed roads under USMID, will be destroyed. END
