Mr. Amon Philly Kahungu, a resident of Kitabu sub-county in Kasese district say he defected from the National Unity Platform to the Democratic Front party after the former failed to implement her political agenda.
Mr. Kahungu who is DF’s flag bearer for the Bukonzo County East Parliamentary seat, crossed from the People’s Progressive Party before he joined the National Unity Platform in 2020 that he also exited recently.
Reaffirming his decision yesterday, Mr. Kahungu said that like his family name, Kahungu, literally meaning eagle, he wisely scanned and realized that Democratic Front, his newest political party, has the best manifesto to develop Uganda. Mr. Philly Kahungu speaking…….
