Mr. selevest Masereka Caritas has launched a project for local poultry for local residents in Bukonzo County East in Kasese District with a call on the public to embrace poultry keeping he says her returns are easily realized.

Addressing the beneficiaries at Green Home organization for women development in Kisinga Town council in Kasese district over the weekend, Mr. Caritas who called for the promotion of unity and peace among the locals, said poultry was a viable investment to improve household incomes and diet among the locals because it doesn’t require a big piece of land and agro-inputs compared to domestic animals like cattle.
