Local residents and leaders of Nyakatonzi Sub-County in Kasese District have threatened to petition Ugandan Prime Minister Rt.Hon.Robinah Nabanja over failure to access Parish Development Model Funds.
The annoyed residents who stormed the sub-county headquarters this morning demanding an explanation from the authorities, told this Radio in a separate interview that they have done what is required of them by the technical team, but unfortunately no group has received the funds.
The area local council one chairperson for Bwanika Village, Mr. Matia Kisembo, sought explanation from Nabanja why Nyakatonzi sub-county has been left out among the beneficiaries in Uganda.
