The local council one chairperson for Kikonzo cell in Kasese municipality, Mr. Samson Kapampa has described as risky and very inconveniencing for any local resident to move without identification documents.
His comment follows the detention in Katwe-Kabatooro town council of two of his voters, Mr. Geoffrey Masereka and his brother James who were suspected to be wrongdoers mainly after failing to identify themselves during their fishing exposure at the lake located more than forty kilometers from their area of residence.
Mr. Kampapa noted that as the region is facing some levels infiltration by suspected elements of insecurity, community members should always move outside their areas with identification documents to defend them at all times. Mr. Kapampa speaking……
