Mr. James Katalikawa, the local council three chairperson for Bugoye subcounty in Kasese District, has commended the Uganda Government for the reviewed curriculum he said will turn the lower secondary school students into practical and competency based learners.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio at his subcounty headquarters today, Mr. Katalikawa, commended the National Curriculum Development Center for her 2020 new competency-based assessment he said was practical based and equips students with a variety of skills to realize their full potential than theories.
