The Body of late Yositasi Mukirania Zikokolima 99 has been laid to rest at his ancestral home in Kyanzi cell, Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council in Kasese district, with a call to strive for legacy.

Late Mukirania is remembered for his service in liberating the country after acquiring a military course in Somalia during Amin Regime, working in public service and being a founder member of Kitalikibi primary school and St. Philip Archdeaconry-Bwera among others.
Mr. Muhindi, who hailed President Museveni for establishing the parish development model program, threatened to arrest individuals reportedly mismanaging the program at parish level.

The Chairperson Pensioners for Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council and Isango sub county, Rev Jackson Nyabutundu said late Mukirania is among the oldest four pensioners in Kasese district who retired from active service in 1980.
The burial was attended by Kasese District Woman MP, Hon.Florence Kabugho, Mzee Bernabas Bwambale Bamusedee and MP .Gideon Thembo Mujungu among other dignitaries.
