Landslides have left residents of Isule Village, in Maliba Sub-County Kasese district, stranded following a down pour yesterday evening.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio this morning, the Chairperson LC 2 Isule village Mr. Robert Kiryamuthaka said the landslides reportedly blocked the road connecting Maliba-Isule at Bweyale trading centre paralyzing transport.
The authorities say no fatalities were registered in the area, before appealing for government intervention into the matter.
