    Landslides have buried number of families in their houses in Kasika village in Rukoki S/C-Kasese district

    Three families are feared to have been buried in their houses by suspected landslides in Kasika village in Rukoki subcounty in Kasese district.

    No official comment yet from police, the disaster and emergency officers but the local council one chairperson for Kasika village, Mr. Simon Buhaka said they were not sure if there was any life from the families of Christopher, Mr. Simon Mwanamwolho and Mr. Lazaro Mbusa after landslides reportedly covered their houses.

    He urgently calls for the intervention of the government he thinks should provide machinery to evacuate what many perceive to be dead bodies. Mr. Simon speaking…….
