Rt. Rev. Nason Baluku, the Bishop of South Rwenzori Diocese blames poor academic performance and multiple challenges in school to learners who fail to make choices.
In his sermon during thanksgiving and dedication service ahead of the promotional and national examinations at Standard High school in Kasese Municipality yesterday, Bishop Nason asked learners to reflect on their lives by interpreting the past and the present so as to plan better for the future.

Ms Merian Kumujuni, the institution’s director, thanked God for his mercies but concerned about some parents who are luxurious in spending than clearing the school dues of their children.
