    K’se District CAO Mr. Winston has handed over to the newly appointed CAO.

    The out going Chief Administrative officer Kasese District Mr. Winston Muramira Aggrey has handed instruments of power to the newly appointed CAO Mr. Asuman Hamis Masereka with call on him to tighten his belts against corruption that has frustrated service delivery.

    Handing over instruments of power, Mr. Winston Muramira asked the in-coming CAO Kasese district to closely followup on reports by the Rwenzori Anti Corruption coalision, as well as pledges, the disaster and the rehabilitation plans reports to the district among others.

    In his maiden speech, the new CAO, Mr. Hamis Masereka Asuman who have been transferred from Bukomansimbi district pledged team work that will strengthen his follow ups as indicated his predecessor`s handover report. Mr. Hamis speaking….

    The Kasese district Vice Chairperson, Hon. Gideon Ntabose particularly hailed Mr. Winston Muramira Agrey now transferred to Lwengo district for his battles to have the district administration supported with two hundred million shillings, as well as his for his expertize during COVID-19 and flood disasters. Hon. Ntabose speaking………

    The Kasese RDC, Lt Joe Walusimbi pledged to support the new Chief Administrative officer especially in the areas of corruption and service delivery. END.
