The out going Chief Administrative officer Kasese District Mr. Winston Muramira Aggrey has handed instruments of power to the newly appointed CAO Mr. Asuman Hamis Masereka with call on him to tighten his belts against corruption that has frustrated service delivery.
Handing over instruments of power, Mr. Winston Muramira asked the in-coming CAO Kasese district to closely followup on reports by the Rwenzori Anti Corruption coalision, as well as pledges, the disaster and the rehabilitation plans reports to the district among others.
