Mr. Phenahasi Wakibanahi, the Chairperson Local Council one Kizungu cell in Kasese Municipality, has asked landlords and land ladies to register their tenants to the local authority.
This will help the local authority to identify suspected perpetual criminals under their umbrella “Gaza Strip” that are allegedly terrorizing the area, mostly targeting the business community and breaking into shops and houses at night.
Speaking to the press this morning shortly after Kizungu Lala-Salama operation, Mr. Wakibanahi threatened to deal with land lords and land ladies that are reportedly renting rooms to individuals they don’t understand.
Wakibanahi, called for collaborated effort with security to have suspected criminals arrested in Kizungu cell for peace and development to prevail in the area. Mr. Wakibanahi one speaking….
Mr. Wakibanahi summoned Ms. Alice Biira, a resident in the area on allegation of harboring suspected criminals in her home.
