Kithulha Cares Initiative has today donated 600 Mama Kits to expectant mothers in Nyamwamba Division, Kasese Municipality.
The beneficiaries were drawn from several areas, including Kanyangeya, Saluti A and B, Kisagazi, Umoja, and Kizungu cells, among others.
Speaking at various distribution points, Mr. Francis Mugisa Kithulhu, the sponsor of the initiative, said the donation is part of the organization’s corporate social responsibility.
In addition to supporting maternal health, the initiative also runs programs in agriculture, Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLA), education, sports, water, and sanitation. Mr. Francis Kithulhu speaks…
Kithulhu, who is also a contender for the Kasese Municipality parliamentary seat in the 2026 general elections, urged residents to support his candidature. He said the donation is a demonstration of his commitment to serving the people if given the mandate to represent them in Parliament.

Mr. Samuel Musabuli, the LC1 General Secretary for Umoja in Nyakasanga One Cell and the NRM Chairperson for Kanyangeya Main Cell, Mr. Posiano Ndahiro, emphasized that the NRM primaries should foster unity rather than cause division.
