Failure to have permanent magistrate’s Court in Bukonzo County East is a total frustration of justice, Mr. Sele Mikabalha, the Vice chairperson for Kisinga town council has said.
In his report to the Kasese district chairperson, Mr. Erifaz Muhindi at the town council headquarters yesterday, Hon. Mikabalha said some cases have failed over the costly travels of witnesses either to Kasese or Bwera courts, a situation that requires a solution.
He calls for the intervention of the district chair to reinstate the Kisinga based magistrate`s court that was ably serving the constituency.

He also asked the local community to promote dialogue on certain matters than spending resources and wasting time on matters that can easily be resolved. END
