By Enos Masereka,
Members of Kinyamaseke Town Council NRM caucus have asked the NRM District Executive Committee to organize for a constituency party conference soon to deal with raising concerns before it’s too late.
During the town council party Executive meeting held at Kinyamaseke Archdeaconry headquarters in Kinyamaseke Town Council yesterday, members were concerned that the NRM party had not performed very well politically over delayed meetings that delay solutions to mainly internal frictions.
Led by the Town Council NRM chairperson, Mr. Samuel Bwambale Kibati, the meeting prayed that party primary elections be conducted early next year so as to give ample time for their political position contenders.
Dr. Julius Monday Bwambale Rude, the Bukonzo County East NRM chairperson and the Parliamentary hopeful for the constituency, said the constituency meeting would among other things, review the NRM manifesto implementation and report back to the party headquarters.
Dr. Rude speaking…..
Ms. Sarah Ithungu Baleke, the Kasese District Woman NRM flag bearer for the MP seat, asked the NRM leaders and members to intensify their mobilization strategies ahead of the party primary elections next year. END.
