About eighty households affected by landslides encamped at Mapatha trading center in Bugoye Sub county Kasese district have received farm tools from Kilembe Investments Limited, a Rural Electrification Agency.
Last month, Kasese district was hit by mud and landslides that destroyed homesteads, crops and claimed lives.

Speaking to some beneficiaries, Mr. Nicholas Bukombi, Ms. Eva Mbambu and Ms. Scovia Kabugho among others hailed Kilembe Investment Limited for the support before asking the district leadership to prioritize road maintenance, equip their health facilities and build more schools to enable their children excess education from nearby institutions.
