Ms. Justine Muhindo, the Kasese District Assistant RDC in charge of Kasese Municipality has commended Kihara ward PDM for being ranked first in Nyamwamba division.
Speaking to our reporter yesterday shortly after monitoring, Ms. Justine attributed the good performance to the Sacco administration for what she described fair disbursement of PDM funds to the beneficiaries.
