Rwenzori East Region Police spokesperson SP Nelson Tumushiime has warned residents of Kidodo cell in Kasese Municipality, against mob justice.
This followed an attempt by the residents this morning who wanted to lynch unidentified man aged 30 in the area.
The area local council one chairperson Mr.Goefrey Sharif Masereka told this Radio in a separate interview that residents became suspicious after the yet to be identified man dressed indecently failed to identify himself to the public. Mr. Sharif Speaking….
