Meanwhile, Lt. Maate Magwara, the Deputy Residents District Commissioner has called for what he called a bylaw that would see a deliberate implementation of the monthly cleaning exercise that was began in Kasese Municipality by his senior, Lt. Joe Walunsimbi.
