Kasese District Local Government has donated a Coaster Bus to Maliba secondary school in Maliba town council.
The Coaster Bus Regn. UG 0585R was delivered yesterday by the district secretary for works and technical services Hon. Kisembo Baluku Karim and handed over to Mr. Herizon Masereka, the school head teacher, with a call to properly utilize the bus.
According to Karim, the Coaster Bus was donated after a needs assessment by the school.
He asked the school administration to translate the Coaster Bus into Academic Excellence by transporting learners to field exchange visits in and outside the district. Hon Karim speaking…
Mr. Herizon, commended government for providing transport means to the school, pledging to put the Bus into proper use but also reaffirming to parents that should the school fail maintance, the district has a right to withdraw the Coaster Bus and allocate it to another eligible school.
